Prospective authors are strongly urged to communicate with one of the Associate Editors or the Editor-in-Chief:

Submission of Manuscripts
All correspondence concerning submissions is between the author, Editor in Chief and Managing Editor . To submit your paper for consideration, visit the web submission system found at
http://ijcir.ujn.edu.cn Here you can create a new account or use an existing one if you have one, and submit a first draft of a new manuscript.
IJCIR is devoted primarily to archival reports of work that have not been published elsewhere. Specifically, conference records and book chapters that have been published previously are not acceptable unless and until they have been enhanced significantly. Please ensure that in the
cover letter (comments to editor-in-chief) you state that the work being submitted has not been published elsewhere, nor is it under review currently by another publication.
Please follow the style files given in the following links. Papers should not exceed a maximum of 20 pages.

The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief upon recommendation of an Associate Editor and / or an Editorial Board Member. If the manuscript is accepted for publication in IJCIR, it must not be published in any periodical elsewhere without the permission of the Editor-in-Chief.
Special
Issues:
From
time to time, Guest Editors are invited to produce Special Issues consisting of
some articles grouped around a common theme. Proposals for Special Issues are
welcome, as are Guest Editorials and Announcements.

Each
manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published
nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial,
professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made
available to the public. For
the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that
authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright Copyright
Form. before
publication of the work.
Proofs:
Proofs
will be sent to the corresponding author and should be returned with one week of
receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any other
corrections may be charged to the authors. Authors are advised to check their
proofs very carefully before return, since the inclusion of late corrections
cannot be acceptable. Corrected proofs are to be returned to the publishers.
Frequency of Publication: Six Issues issues per year.
